I am an Assistant Professor of Spanish and Distance Learning Instruction and Design in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at SUNY Oswego.

I am also the Project Manager of the Universal Design for Learning at SUNY project. This project seeks to train SUNY faculty, instructional designers, staff and administrators in accessibility and the Universal Design for Learning framework. Funding for this project has been provided by the Enhancing Supports and Services for Students with Disabilities for Postsecondary Success program from the Office of University Life at SUNY System Administration.

I also work with the Language Matters Research Consortium (Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics) at Syracuse University.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy gaming and running.
